What is the GLA Group Talent Portal?

Our vision is to create a single marketplace where
colleagues employed in one of the nine organisations
that make up the GLA Group can search and for career
opportunities.

The Group employs thousands of people, all dedicated to serving London in one way or another. The Group is committed to supporting colleagues to be able, if they wish, to develop their careers across these organisations. Facilitating the sharing of expertise, skills, and capabilities allows the Group to retain and become more agile across the businesses and the Capital.

Participants can choose to sign up to the GLA Group Mentoring Programme where people can register and search for a mentor from within the Group to help them with professional and career development.

The Talent Portal aims to enable colleagues to have visibility of secondment and permanent opportunities with the Group as well as highlight other career development initiatives and support available.

An external secondment can
provide a great way to develop your

career by gaining new skills and
experience.
